“Halou”の女性ヴォーカリストとして知られるRebecca CoseboomとRyan Coseboomを中心としたサンフランシスコの6人組バンド。DJ Shadow、Low、 UNKLE、 Cocteau Twins、Robin Guthrie、 John Caleなどの層々たるアーティストやJohn Fryerらと共同で作品を作るなど、様々な方向から、常に新しい音楽を発信し続けている。2009年に名前をStripmall Architectureと改め、初のアルバムをリリース。エレクトロニカとポップミュージックとシューゲイザーの見事な融合で、世界中のリスナー達を魅 了した。2011年3月には、Kilk Recordsより待望の2ndアルバムをリリース予定！[ official website]　http://www.stripmallarchitecture.com/
